The company was established in 2009 by Tom Farmer, beginning as a small operation serving local Los Angeles neighborhoods in support of solar installations. Tom learns from every roof. He takes time to review the roof flows, check behind the normal views and stay focused on the story the water flow is telling. Flat roofing systems are tricky because they seem so simple. There are only a few critical spots and the contractor has to understand how that roof connects with that structure to get water off the roof.

Tom’s B General Contractor license and experience lends valuable insight into the correct and permanent solution when combined with his C39 Roofing license expertise. His MBA from USC helped him negotiate unique manufacturer warranties based on his history and a checklist of solutions the manufacturers know he will provide.
